    Mix honey, soy sauce, grated ginger, pressed garlic and sesame oil to make the glaze.

    Cook basmati rice according to the packet instructions.

    Heat a non-stick pan over high heat. Sear salmon fillets skin-side down for 3 minutes.

    Flip, lower the heat and brush with glaze. Cook 4–5 minutes, basting regularly.

    Serve the salmon on rice, drizzled with remaining glaze and sprinkled with sesame seeds.
